Pull the Leads
Scrape & filter businesses, export to CSV

Define your target market and filters. Claude will run the Apify actor and export a clean CSV. Suggested filters below.

Search for service-based businesses within [RADIUS e.g. 100km] of [YOUR CITY]. Target niche: [e.g. plumbers, roofers, landscapers] Filter for businesses that: 1. [e.g. have no website listed] 2. [e.g. have at least a phone number] 3. [e.g. have at least 1 Google review] Export results to CSV with columns:

Score & Rank the Leads
Priority scoring system → ranked_leads.csv

Run this after Prompt 2. Assign points based on lead quality signals, get the top 50 hottest prospects ranked and exported.

Now take all the leads you pulled and rank them highest to lowest priority using this scoring system: [+__ pts] — [e.g. no website] [+__ pts] — [e.g. has a phone number] [+__ pts] — [e.g. 10–50 reviews] [+__ pts] — [e.g. 3.5–4.5 star rating] [+__ pts] — [e.g. trades/contractor niche] Show me the top 50 leads with their total scores listed.
